Se ainda assim tiver problemas para rastrear seu pedido, envie um e-mail para nosso suporte incluindo o código de seu pedido. Ele será algo como #101 e precisamos dele para lhe ajudar a rastrear seu pacote.

Este código está presente em todos e-mails enviados por nós (Atenção: Não é o e-mail enviado pelo Mercado Pago, mas sim o e- mail enviado por nossa loja.)

De posse de seu código de pedido (#1234) nós responderemos em até 24h úteis.
